Donald Stetler
First licensed in 1969 at the age of 12 in the family Pest Control Business as a third generation PMP, Don is the youngest applicator ever licensed in the State of Louisiana. Don has been in the Pest Control Industry for over 45 years, during which time he attended UNO. With 23 years as a PMP owner and over 19 years as a Technical Consultant for Ensystex, Don brings a wealth of technical and practical knowledge to each class he instruct
Michael Shields
Began working in the family business at the age of 10, later attending N.E. Missouri State University where he earned his Instructor and Commercial Pilot License. Mike has owned and operated multiple businesses of his own from 1979 until 1993 in the Houston Texas area. Entering into the Pest Control Industry over 25 years ago as a Technical Consultant and Trainer, Mike has vast amount of business and industry knowledge which he conveys in his classes.
Ed Hernandez
After graduating California State and spending 10 years in the military, Ed entered into the Pest Control Industry in 1993, working as Manager and later purchasing his own Fumigation Company. Ed has spent the past 19 years as a Technical Consultant and Trainer in the complex Fumigation Industry. His hands on experience and knowledge, shines through during his training classes.

What is Thor's mission?
Thor's mission is to be the premier vertically integrated supplier of termite and pest management products to the structural pest management industry.
What is different about Ensystex and Thor (compared to the traditional supply chain)?
Ensystex works completely outside the traditional Pest Management Professional supply chain, selling manufacturer direct to PMPs. Thor products are not a re-packing of another company's product. They're not a sub-brand or sub-registration. Ensystex owns the technical and end use active ingredient registrations for all its Thor products and formulates them all in house.
